What are the phases of post-construction cleaning services?
There are 3 phases of post-construction cleaning services, including:
Phase 1: Rough cleaning
Rough cleaning doesn’t mean to clean roughly, but preparatory cleaning. In this cleaning process that is performed prior to work being completed, like floor covering or any other works, we collect and dispose of all construction debris, such as wood, drywall, or any other materials, and vacuum and sweep to remove all dirt from the surfaces and dust off all large areas to remove the initial layer of constructed dust and dirt. We also include washing all windows and frames and removing dust and fingerprints.
Phase 2: Light cleaning
Once all elements are installed, the light cleaning phase starts. This phase is also called the last-minute touch-up. It uses a lot of workers and requires much cleaning equipment in this phase of post-construction cleanup. Professional workers clean bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens, which requires more specialized approaches.
