We’re at 2467 Route 10, Building 19, Unit 6-B. It’s a real unit you can walk into, not a regional branch covering half the state. That means we’re usually minutes from your door. It also means we know the area: the townhouse complexes, the older colonials with hardwood floors, and the commuters on the Morristown Line who leave before seven and want the house done by the time they’re home.

Better you hear it now than on the day.
- Outside windows above the ground floor. We clean inside glass. Upper-story outside work needs ladders, extra insurance and a specialist.
- Mold remediation. Shower mildew, yes. Anything structural or behind a wall needs a licensed contractor, and be wary of any cleaner who says otherwise.
- Biohazard, pest waste or hoarding cleanup. That takes different licensing and training.
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances. We clean behind and under anything two people can lift safely. We won’t drag a fridge across your floor.
- Washing whole walls and ceilings. We’ll spot-clean marks.
- Chimneys, HVAC ducts and dryer vents. These need specialist equipment.
If your job includes any of these, mention it when you book. We’ll either quote it separately or point you to someone who does it properly.
Our guarantee and the small print
24-hour re-clean guarantee
If something’s been missed, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean that area for free. No arguing about what “clean” means, and no making you feel awkward for asking. We’d rather drive back once than lose a client who was too polite to say anything.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Give us 24 hours’ notice and there’s no charge. With less notice there’s a some fee, because by then we’ve usually turned someone else away to keep your slot.
Paying
We take your card details when you book and only charge once the clean is finished. Recurring clients are billed after each visit.
Insurance
If anything is damaged during a clean, tell us the same day and we’ll sort it out with you directly.

Questions people ask before booking
How much does house cleaning cost in Morris Plains?
A general clean runs from $120 for a 1-bed, 1-bath to $250 for a 5-bed, 2-bath. Deep cleans are $200 to $410 and move-outs $390 to $900. Offices are $55 an hour per cleaner.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our regular clients aren’t. Leave a key, a code or a lockbox and we’ll lock up when we’re done.
Do I need to provide supplies or a vacuum?
No, we bring everything. If you’d like us to use something of yours, leave it out with a note.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?

Will I get the same cleaners each time?
We do our best to provide the same cleaning professionals for recurring services whenever possible. Consistency helps our team learn your home and preferences. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we’ll send a trained member of our team so your cleaning stays on schedule and meets our standards.
How long does a clean take?
A deep clean is three to eight hours depending on the size of the home.
How far ahead do I need to book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for recurring cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, and weekends. However, we also accommodate last-minute requests whenever our schedule allows. Contact us with your preferred date, and we’ll do our best to find a time that works for you.
Do you clean offices as well as houses?
Yes — $55 an hour per cleaner, evenings and weekends available.
Do you clean apartments, condos and townhouses?
Yes, and they’re a normal part of our week — there are roughly 1,350 attached homes in the 07950 area. Pricing follows bedroom and bathroom count, same table as above, though a multi-storey townhouse with a bathroom on each floor takes longer than the bedroom count suggests and we’ll tell you that upfront.
What's your cancellation policy?
24 hours’ notice, no charge. Less than that, a fee may apply. Full details in the section above.
Should I tip?
Never expected, and it makes no difference to the standard of the clean. Some clients do, most don’t, nobody keeps score.
What if something gets broken?
We treat your home and belongings with care. If something is accidentally damaged during a cleaning, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll review what happened and work with you to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
Do you do one-time cleans, or only recurring?
Both, at the same prices. No contract either way.
